Wholemeal Friselle are a savory baked product, they are an handmade product typical of the Matera tradition, made only with selected high quality ingredients.

Ingredients: wholemeal flour, sourdough, salt, brewer’s yeast.

Contains gluten, may contain traces of nuts fruit, milk and derivatives, sesame seeds.

Packaging: 400 grams, to be kept in a cool and dry place.
