Chianche are a sweet baked product, they are milk biscuits of the Matera tradition, chianche are an handmade product, made only with selected high quality ingredients.

Ingredients: 00 flour, whole eggs, granulated sugar, extra virgin olive oil, whole milk, ammonia, lemon juice.
Aromas: grated lemon peel, vanilla pods (bourbon).

Contains gluten, may contain traces of nuts fruit, milk and derivatives, sesame seeds.

Packaging: 400 grams, to be kept in a cool and dry place.
